The website displays wholesale prices. This guide collects the confirmed ordering, shipping, return, and large-order information in one place.

Choose a Product and Option

Review the product page and select from the option labels shown for that listing. If a material or specification is unclear, ask before ordering rather than relying on an assumption.

Shipping

Orders of US$200 or more include free shipping. The confirmed delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days.

Returns and Quality Reports

Damage or quality issues must be reported within 7 days after receipt, with photos or video. Non-quality returns have a 20% fee, and the buyer pays return shipping. Custom products cannot be returned for non-quality reasons.

Large Orders

Twenty kilograms is not defined as a bulk order. Fifty kilograms of the same material and the same product can be discussed as a bulk order. Mixed products reaching 100 kilograms can be discussed privately for sea freight.
