Shipping policy

Crystal Wholesale China ships wholesale crystal orders worldwide. This shipping policy applies to standard online orders. Production and shipping arrangements for custom products and larger bulk orders are confirmed separately.

Order Processing

Regular orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Processing time for custom products depends on the factory's actual production schedule. The estimated timeline will be confirmed after the product details have been discussed.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Orders of USD 200 or more qualify for free worldwide shipping.

We do not charge additional handling fees for standard order processing and shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. The carrier, destination, customs procedures and events outside our control may affect the final delivery date.

Shipping Methods

We may use FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, SF Express air shipping or another suitable international shipping service.

The shipping method is selected according to the destination, order size, order weight and other shipping requirements.

Custom and Bulk Orders

Production time, shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery arrangements for custom products and larger bulk orders will be confirmed separately.

Please contact our team before ordering when you require a custom product, custom packaging or labels, 50 kg or more of one material in one size, or a mixed order totaling 100 kg or more that may require sea freight.
