This Refund Policy explains how Crystal Wholesale China reviews refund requests, damaged item reports, missing item issues, incorrect item claims, and natural crystal variation concerns for wholesale crystal orders.
Because many of our products are natural crystal and mineral items, each piece may vary in color, texture, pattern, shape, size, and inclusions. Please review this policy before placing a wholesale order.
Overview
Crystal Wholesale China sells wholesale crystal products including crystal towers, spheres, carvings, tumbles, palm stones, clusters, mineral specimens, and related crystal items.
We carefully pack orders before shipment. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly with clear information so our team can review the issue.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, replacements, store credit, or other solutions may be considered when an order issue is confirmed after review.
- The item arrived damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was sent.
- An item was missing from the order.
- A confirmed order processing error occurred.
All requests are reviewed case by case based on photos, videos, order records, packing information, and product type.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us review your claim, please provide clear photos or videos of:
- The damaged crystal product.
- The outer shipping box.
- The inner packaging and protective materials.
- The shipping label.
- Your order number or order confirmation.
Please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed. We may request additional photos or details before a solution is confirmed.
Natural Crystal Variations
Natural crystals are not identical pieces. Variations in color, pattern, transparency, inclusions, veining, surface texture, size, shape, and weight are normal characteristics of natural mineral products.
Product photos are used to show the general style, color range, and product type. Exact appearance may vary due to natural material differences, lighting, screen display, and hand-selected product characteristics.
Natural variations, minor inclusions, mineral lines, slight color differences, or small surface texture differences are not automatically considered defects.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order appears to be missing an item or includes an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number, product name, photos of the items received, and photos of the packaging.
Our team will compare your report with the order record and packing information. If an order issue is confirmed, we will help provide a suitable solution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- The issue is caused by natural crystal variation rather than damage or order error.
- The wrong product option, size, style, or variant was selected by the customer.
- The shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
- The package was delayed due to customs, local carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
- The customer no longer wants the product after the order has been shipped.
- Clear photos, videos, or order details are not provided for review.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued back to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or checkout method.
Depending on the issue, we may also offer replacement support, store credit, partial refund, or another suitable solution.
