Standard in-stock products can be ordered at the displayed wholesale prices without a wholesale account, prior approval, separate quote, store-wide MOQ or minimum order amount.

Bulk Pricing Enquiries

Contact the team about bulk pricing when you require 50 kg or more of one material in one size. A 20 kg order is not considered a bulk order. Product eligibility, quotation and timing remain order-specific.

Mixed Orders and Sea Freight

Mixed orders totaling 100 kg or more may be evaluated for sea freight.
Sea freight is not automatic or guaranteed.
Suitability depends on the products, packed weight and volume, destination and shipping requirements.
The final freight method, quotation and timeline are confirmed for the actual order.

Custom Product Claims & Returns

Non-Quality Returns

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned for non-quality reasons or because of a change of mind.

Damage & Quality Issues

Contact the team within 7 days after delivery for damaged, missing, incorrect or suspected quality issues. Include the order number, a short description and clear photos or video. After review, a replacement, resend or another suitable solution may be arranged.

When should I contact you about a bulk order?

Contact the team for 50 kg or more of one material in one size. Mixed orders totaling 100 kg or more may be evaluated for sea freight. A 20 kg order is not considered bulk, and sea freight is not guaranteed.
