Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours are more likely to be completed, but cancellation is not guaranteed because order processing may begin immediately.
If the order has not shipped and we confirm the cancellation in writing, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled through the pre-shipment cancellation process. Any mandatory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply after shipment remain unaffected.
Returns and refunds

Custom, personalized and private-label products cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality reasons or a change of mind.
Cancellation is a separate issue: after production has started, these products cannot normally be canceled, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
This does not remove any rights relating to products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from the agreed specifications.
Buyer-provided materials
If you provide logos, designs, trademarks, images, text, packaging artwork, labels or other materials for custom or private-label products, you confirm that you own those materials or have the legal right to use them.
