Natural crystal products can vary in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, texture, shape, size, polish and weight. These differences are not automatically defects when they are consistent with the product description and selected option.

Yes. Repeat orders are supported. We aim to keep the same quality, processing and material-selection standards, but exact visual matching should not be assumed for natural crystal products.

Use standard checkout for in-stock products shown on the site. Contact us when you need 50 kg or more of one material, or when your order involves custom, private-label or special-production requirements.

We can review requests for crystal shapes, sizes, carvings, finishes and packaging solutions, including labels, logos and barcodes when applicable. Feasibility, pricing, approvals and timing are confirmed before production.
