Quick answer: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, missing, incorrect or has a confirmed quality issue. Do not return any product until your request has been reviewed and you have received written return instructions.

About this policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through CRYSTALWHOLESALECHINA.COM. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Crystal Wholesale China.
Check your order after delivery
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Any damaged, missing, incorrect or potentially defective item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label where relevant. Please keep the product and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
After reviewing the order information and supporting evidence, we may arrange a replacement, reshipment, refund or another suitable solution, depending on the issue and product availability.
Quality issues and natural crystal variation
Natural crystals may vary in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, texture, shape, polish, size and weight. Differences that are consistent with the product description, selected option and natural characteristics of the material are not considered defects.
Minor differences caused by lighting, photography or screen display are also not automatically considered quality issues.
Non-quality returns
Returns for change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong item or other reasons unrelated to damage, an incorrect shipment or a confirmed quality issue are not automatically accepted.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and receive written approval before returning any product.
If a non-quality return is approved:
- The product must be unused, unaltered and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- A 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the approved refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and any related return costs.
- The returned product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is delivered to the approved return address and passes inspection.
Custom and personalized products
Custom, personalized, private-label or specially produced products cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality reasons or a change of mind.
A reported damage, incorrect item or confirmed quality issue involving a custom product will still be reviewed under this policy.
Order cancellation
To request cancellation, email us within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order has not shipped and we confirm the cancellation in writing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled under this 24-hour cancellation process.

- The product concerned
- A description of the issue or reason for the request
- Clear photos or videos where required
Do not send a product to any address shown on the website unless we have provided that address as the approved return address in writing. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Refunds
When an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking or handling fee stated in this policy.
Payment providers and banks may require additional time to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Exchanges and replacements
For a confirmed damaged, missing, incorrect or defective item, we may arrange a replacement or reshipment.
Non-quality exchanges require prior written approval and may be handled as an approved return followed by a new order.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
