Damage or Quality Issues
Damage or quality issues must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Photos or videos are required for damage or quality claims.
Replacement or Reshipment
For confirmed quality problems, the seller covers replacement or reshipment support. The exact solution depends on the product issue, order details, and available stock.
Non-Quality Returns
If the customer simply dislikes the product and there is no quality issue, the customer pays a 20% fee and return shipping. Returned products must remain in resellable condition.
Custom Products
Custom products are confirmed one-on-one before production or shipment and are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed quality problem.
